GENERAL

  1. If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.
  2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (OG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
  3. Shipping costs, which are the product shipment expenses, will be paid by the buyers.
  4. Each product purchased is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within a maximum of 30 days, not exceeding the legal period. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.
  5. If the delivery of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must inform the buyer of this situation within 3 days from the date of learning about it. The total amount must be returned to the buyer within 14 days.
  6. If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.
  7. After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer has been fraudulently used by unauthorized persons and the price of the sold product is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping cost being borne by the seller.
  8. If a force majeure event occurs that the seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation is notified to the buyer. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the impediment is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, the product price is refunded to the bank within 14 days from the date of this cancellation.
  9. The buyer will inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before receiving them; torn, stained, etc. damaged and defective goods/services will not be received. After the product is received, it must be protected. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
  10. The buyer can use the right to withdraw from the contract without any legal or criminal liability and without providing any justification by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to the buyer or the person/organization at the address indicated, provided that they notify the seller via the contact information below.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The product to be returned must be sent back with its tag not removed or hygiene seals not removed, in the transparent protection bag and original package/box it was received in. The product must be returned in the condition it was received.

Check the packages you think are damaged during shipment in front of the company representative from whom you received them.

*** Damaged products for which a report is not kept are not accepted for return under any circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be sent with the invoice. Returns of products that have lost their resalability, are not in a condition to be sold to another customer, are not accepted, and their price is not refunded.

The price of approved returned products will be refunded to you as soon as possible.
