Who is Elena Onika?
She is one of Ukraine's leading beauty experts in laser technologies and permanent makeup. She is the founder of a facial aesthetics and permanent makeup training center. Elena has spoken at many international conferences, congresses, and forums on permanent makeup. She is the developer of her own techniques and the founder of the company that manufactures her equipment.
