1) By Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)

2) Via Credit Cards on Our Website
You can make a one-time online payment or take advantage of online installment options for all types of credit cards. For online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of the order. In case of possible order cancellations or stock issues, the refund will be made to your credit card within 3 business days.
3) Order Payment Refund
In case of order cancellations due to possible reasons, Sevda Bozkurt Mylamination Kozmetik will refund the product price to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you must provide your bank account information and/or credit card details accurately and completely to our company’s finance officials.
4) Delivery
We strive to deliver the products you have ordered to the shipping company on the same day. For products that take time to procure, the delivery time is 3 business days as stated in the product details. You will be informed in case of a possible delay in delivery.
Please provide the address where you are located during the day as the delivery address to ensure smooth delivery of the product.
Your requests will be processed according to the delivery method you have specified at the end of your order. Products will be sent from our Istanbul-based company via the shipping company. Orders will be handed over to the shipping company within 2 (two) business days at the latest after they are confirmed.
You can consult our customer representative about different delivery conditions. Additionally, shipping deliveries are only valid for Turkey.
5) Payment Tracking
If the system cannot process the transaction due to any issue, our visitor will be informed at the end of the payment page.
If there is an error in the specified address and the delivery cannot be made, the person who placed the order will be contacted.

If you think the package was damaged during shipment, open and check it in the presence of the delivery company representative. If you think the product is damaged, have a report prepared by the shipping company and do not accept the product.
Once the product is received, it is accepted that the shipping company has fulfilled its duty properly.
